I want a fireworks display for an upcoming event. What's my first step?

It's easy. Contact us to get in touch with a show producer in your region to go over this with you. It is best to do this at least four weeks before your event. After we collect all of your information on the site plan, we'll promptly send you a clear, detailed proposal, including a cost estimate. After we've had a chance to review it, one of our client service associates will follow up by phone or email to help you plan a successful fireworks display. Or, you can contact us with any questions about your event.

How much space do I need for a fireworks display?

We can present safe, exciting fireworks displays in surprisingly small spaces even indoor locations. Pyrotecnico experts will custom-design your fireworks show to fit such factors as budget, audience size, location, terrain, water features, traffic, and nearby structures.

What's your lead time?

While we have a reputation for flexibility and quick response, we can make the most of your budget and offer you the widest range of options if you contact us at least four weeks before the day of the show. Summer is the busy season for fireworks, so talk to us as early as possible for events like Independence Day celebrations. Got a tight deadline? Call (800) 854-4705, and we'll help you come up with a solution.

Can you produce fireworks displays indoors?

Yes, our fireworks experts have produced hundreds of displays in indoor spaces ranging from sports arenas to hotel ballrooms and convention halls. Our close proximity pyrotechnics are engineered for safe indoor use, even close to audiences and interior structures.

What does a fireworks program cost?

We create excitement and entertainment for a wide variety of budgets. Just contact us to discuss your needs and ask questions. After you approve our detailed estimate, we'll custom-design the right show for your event.

Will I need a permit?

Most local governments require fireworks display permits. Drawing on our long experience and our good relationships with fire marshals and other authorities we provide permit filing service for our clients or will help guide you through the process.

What about insurance?

Your contract with us includes standard $10 million A+15 insurance coverage. As required by the Federal Government, we carry $5 million Commercial Transportation insurance. Also, we carry the statutory limits of Workers Comp insurance in the necessary states we do business.

Who will set up and run my display?

Your contract with us provides a highly trained, licensed professional team of pyrotechnicians. They will set up your display, fire it, and clean up after the show.

How safe are fireworks?

Very safe. We comply strictly with all federal, state, and local safety regulations, and we work hard to keep environmental impact to a minimum. For indoor shows, our close proximity pyrotechnics are engineered to be safe even close to audiences and interior structures.

Besides fireworks, what else does Pyrotecnico offer?

In addition to outdoor and indoor fireworks, we supply safe close proximity fireworks and spectacular special effects such as confetti blasted 100 feet in the air, multi-colored streamers, flame effects, fog, cryojets, kabuki drops, smoke, lasers, tiki torches, product reveals, video, air dancers and others.
